We recently completed the design, supply and installation of VoIP phone system to an insurance broker’s multiple offices in the Midlands area. Our solution includes deployment of VoIP Phone system using SIP trunks / lines using a dedicated assured FTTP leased line internet service. Specific unified communications (UC) features of the phone system utilised are Multi Site networking, SIP Trunks/Lines, DDI, Caller ID, Auto Attendant, Voicemail, Paging, Home / Remote Working Voice Recording and Click to Dial PC integration. Because these systems are VoIP all the calls to Local, National and Mobile numbers are completely free.
