Features that our clients have come to expect; Free landline and mobile minutes, High Definition audio, Direct Dials (DDI), Caller ID, Call Management, Voice Recording, Auto Attendant and Voicemail.
We recently completed the design, supply and installation of VoIP phone system to an insurance broker’s multiple offices in the Midlands area. Our solution includes deployment of VoIP Phone system using SIP trunks / lines using a dedicated assured FTTP leased line internet service. Specific features of the phone system utilised are Multi Site networking, SIP Trunks/Lines, DDI, Caller ID, Auto Attendant, Voicemail, Paging, Voice Recording and Click to Dial PC integration. This project came together really well and has helped our client’s business reduce operating costs, increase staff productivity, business continuity and customer experience.
